So I just made a impulsive decision in Galveston and I now have a pierced nose! Me being the controlling and over thinker that I am too a leap and put a hole in her face without thinking anything of it!

I’m really proud. This trip to me is something that I would never have thought of doing and I never want to forget how free and confident I feel in myself so to get a piercing kind of represents that because I was terrified of piercings and it’s something I would have never thought of doing.

I was going to get it done in San Francisco but everything was kind of pointing me in the other direction. I was jet lagged and my nose was so sunburnt! The Piercing place was on the other side of town and I just thought about it too much which lead me to overthink it and not do it.

I then checked into my hotel at Galveston to see that there was a Tattoo and Piercing place two doors up and I thought that was a sign. I then came back to my hotel, saw this extremely pretty girl on television and she had her nose pierced so I decided there and then it was meant to be.

I told myself that this wouldn’t be a long post because I have to catch a bus in a few minutes but today was just too good. I’ll upload photos when I get to New Orleans in the morning and talk about my time in Galveston but I felt the need to mention that I got a piercing haha.

It is so strange and it’s just there. It’s going to take a while for me to get used to it but I love it!
